History:
Felicity and Maverick met during a free period at school. Well, it was a free period for him, she was just skipping a period of torture. They met, they flirted and they clicked immediately. The rest, really is, history.

Felicity's Opinion:
How I feel about Maverick? How long ya got? Erm...I'm not really one for words. And anything that I'd write out would just sound cheesy and lame, but it would all be true. He's my first serious bf and he's amazing. Seriously, he is. Perfect boyfriends are hard to find, right? Well I've always been lucky like that.

Maverick's opinion:
Flick's the best thing that has happened to me since I discovered my augmentation. It's true, it seems like a whirlwind romance from the outside only based on physical attraction, but we know the truth. She's the reason I was able to gain control of my power. With her, I feel like I can do no wrong.


Name: Vanessa Seymour

History: Vanessa and Mav a very long time ago. Her parents had been friends with Mav's aunt. So whenever Vanessa's parents went to the Baxters' house, they would bring little Vanessa and Connor along. Nessa and Mav met one summer when they were only a mere ten years old. They grew closer and closer. Then a few summers ago, they decided to try the dating thing. It lasted for a whole summer, but they both called it off because long distance relationships just doesn't work out. Then in her senior year of high school, Mav appeared once again. She was so happy that she actually jumped up in joy. It was a little awkward at first with the whole past relationship thing, but those feelings eventually faded. It took Vanessa a very long while for her to get over Mav. Of course, she doesn't like him that way anymore, but there will always be a small part of her that will.

Vanessa's Opinion: "If I were you, I'd take out a tape recorder because I doubt you'll be able to write all this. There are so many things I can say about him. I mean, he's a great guy. What's not to like about him? He is the greatest guy you will ever meet. I mean, I've been friends with him for 7/8 years. We even got through the whole awkward breakup phase. Oh, please don't make me dwell on that. All I can say is that it took me many many months to stop having feelings for him. I mean, I still do, but barely. I mean, you can hardly even see that barely part. But really, I'm so happy for him with his new girlfriend. Flick, right? Yeah. They're so adorable together. No. Seriously. She looks better with him than I do. Plus, Mav and I are like best friends now. I tell him everything. Almost as much as I tell my brother. I share everything with him, and vice versa. Though.... he still hasn't succeeded the part in the whole 'leave me alone when I've had a bad vision' thing. Yeah, he'll have to work on that. And yes, we both know each other's augment. But to top it all off, I just want to say this: Mav, I love you to death! In the not-so-romantic-view way. -smiles-"

Maverick's opinion:If this was my biography, Vanessa would take up a huge chunk of it. After all, we've known each other since the beginning of time. It seems like there are some people that are supposed to be in your life. Vanessa is definately one of those people. I think we got the reason mixed up. We took our chemistry as friends to a level it wasn't supposed to go. It was an amazing relationship and I don't regret it, but it's for the best that it didn't work out. It just speaks as a testament to our friendship that we can come out from a break-up even closer than before.

History: Mav and Jacob have only met on two occasions properly. Once a few years ago when Maverick and Vanessa were originally seeing each other as an item. Jacob had come over to visit with his close family and had talked with Mav for a few minutes before he went on to do other things. Recently, moving into town and joining Vervain, Jacob heard Maverick's name come up a couple of times from Juniper agents he was watching over and has since seen and spoken with Maverick, if only briefly to find out what he could. Who knows what Jacob will do, whether he will try and help or leave it for Mav to deal with.

Jacob's Opinion: "There isn't much I can really talk about. He seems a nice enough guy, I could tell he used to care for Vanessa a lot, but I don't know now, he has some other girl on the go these days, whether or not he has changed will have to be answered another day. He's a strong character, so I am wondering whether I should try and help him, he is after all, technically speaking, a friend of the family."

Maverick's opinion: "I met Jake when Vanessa and I were dating. Not much to be said about those times though, we're kind of just on a first name basis. You know, say 'hi' to each other occasionally. But lately, since he moved to town, it seems I've been seeing a lot more of him. Is he following me? It's kind of creepy and I'm not sure what to think."
